Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

Since coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee. But do not worry! We are here to help. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer service team and we will help track down a coffee product you may enjoy. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
