The Legendee Weasel Coffee is a unique enzymatically-treated coffee that releases flavors bound in beans that would not have been released under ordinary processing. "The Legend" or the mystery of this coffee has its original drink prepared by natives from the washed coffee beans that have been passed through the digestive tract of small hairy beasts, like civets or weasels.
